The 4 weeks’ sessions:
Introduction to Laughter and Inappropriate Laughter
The first session introduces you to laughter as a tool you can consciously use to live a full life. The evening also contains a lot of discussion around the topic of how we use laughter in our life. It is about raising awareness of how laughter impacts everyone.
Laughter Session 2: Laughter and Children
Focus is on playing – lots of games and other activities. A group discussion will finish this session.
Laughter Session 3: Laughter Inside
What happens in life when you feel there is no fun and laughter left. How to loosen up and lighten up.
Laughter Session 4: Laughter Tools
Session four is all about laughter techniques and tools, fun and games. It is time to be silly and childlike And since this is the final session time will be spent focusing on incorporating the tools and techniques into real life.
Workshop fee: £80 per person (equivalent to £20 per 1½-hour session).
