Laughter Yoga helps to develop emotional expression through physical playfulness and a playful mental attitude.
While playing, the focus is entirely on the play process and personalities takes a back seat.
In this process people are creative, dynamic and playful as well as becoming more energitic and motivated.
Working in groups, exploring Laughter Yoga and Gibberish together, no one feels as the odd one out and instead of pointing fingers and laughing at others we laugh together and boost confidence and self-esteem and grow as individuals.

Laughter Yoga and Improved Confidence

Most people spend a lot of time and energy holding on to their masks and personalities. Physical playfulness helps to shed these masks and enables the free expression of emotions without fear thus improving confidence and self-esteem.
Suppressed emotions can cause ongoing physical or mental pain, and reduce physical and mental performance.
Laughter Yoga provides a simple, painfree and effective release mechanism to help rid the subconscious mind of pent-up emotions through catharsis during intense laughter. This type of release helps to build performance and improves people’s emotional intelligence and communication skills while boosting their confidence.
Furthermore, Kris and Lotte have joined forces to provide an empowering and fun workshop based on extensive experience and high-level training. Both have many years experience in teaching various forms of confidence and self-esteem boosting using a variety of tools.
